Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Xclator AI LLC collects when you visit https://xclator.com or enrol in a Xclator Academy program, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

1. Who we are

Xclator Academy is an online education brand operated by Xclator AI LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste 65282, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Xclator AI LLC.

We are the data controller for the information described below. If you have any question about this policy, write to us at contact@xclator.com.

2. Information we collect

We deliberately collect as little as possible. This website has no sign-up form, no account system, no newsletter and no payment processor. Enrolment happens entirely over WhatsApp.

a) Information you give us directly

  • Your name, as you provide it when you contact us to enrol.
  • Your WhatsApp number — because you message us, we necessarily see the number you message from.
  • Your email address, which we request so we can send you course and community access.
  • A screenshot or reference of your bank transfer, which you send us to confirm payment. This typically shows the sending account name and a transaction reference.
  • Anything else you choose to tell us in a message, email or call.

b) Information collected automatically

  • Standard server and hosting logs kept by our hosting provider (Vercel), which may include IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamps. These are used for security and to keep the site running.
  • If we run advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), those platforms may set cookies or use pixels on their own ad placements. Any data collected that way is governed by Meta's own privacy policy, not this one.

c) What we do not collect

  • We do not collect or store card numbers, CVV codes, bank passwords, PINs or OTPs. We never ask for them — if anyone claiming to be from Xclator asks you for an OTP or password, it is a scam.
  • We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
  • We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

3. How we use your information

  • To answer your questions and tell you about the program before you enrol.
  • To confirm your payment and register your seat in the correct batch.
  • To give you access to the course material and the Skool community.
  • To send you class schedules, joining links, recordings and announcements.
  • To provide the personal support and 1-on-1 mentorship included in the program.
  • To process a refund request under our Refund Policy.
  • To keep records required for accounting, tax and legal compliance.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join.

4. Legal basis for processing

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: the performance of a contract with you (delivering the course you paid for); your consent (when you contact us voluntarily); our legitimate interests (running and securing our business); and compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting records).

5. Who we share information with

We share only what is necessary, and only with service providers that help us run the academy:

  • Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
  • Skool — the community and course delivery platform. Your name and email are used to create your member access.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — the messaging channel through which we communicate with you.
  • Zoom or an equivalent provider — used to host live classes and Q&A sessions.
  • Our bank and payment partners — for receiving and, where applicable, refunding fees.
  • Professional advisers and authorities — only where we are legally required to disclose information.

These providers operate under their own privacy policies. We do not authorise them to use your information for their own marketing.

6. International transfers

Xclator AI LLC is registered in the United States, and most of our students are in Pakistan. Your information will therefore be transferred to and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected wherever it is processed.

7. Testimonials, screenshots and course recordings

We sometimes publish screenshots of WhatsApp messages, payment confirmations and testimonials as proof of our work. Before publishing anything that identifies you, we redact personal details such as phone numbers, account numbers and email addresses wherever we reasonably can.

Live classes and Q&A sessions are recorded so that students who miss a session can watch later. By attending a live session you accept that your questions, chat messages, voice and — if you switch it on — your camera may be captured in the recording and shared with other students in the same batch.

If you do not want to appear in a recording, keep your camera off and ask your questions by text. If a published screenshot or recording shows something you want removed, email contact@xclator.com and we will remove or further redact it.

8. How long we keep information

WhatsApp and email conversations are kept for as long as you remain a student and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can support you and resolve disputes. Because community access is lifetime, your Skool membership record is kept for as long as that account exists. Payment and refund records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.

9. Security

We use reputable third-party platforms, limit who within our team can access student information, and avoid storing sensitive financial data altogether. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send us passwords, OTPs or full card details — we will never ask for them.

10. Your rights

You may, at any time:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date.
  • Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law.
  • Ask us to stop sending you non-essential messages.
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise any of these, email contact@xclator.com from the address you gave us, or message us on WhatsApp at +92 301 9172774. We aim to respond within 30 days. Note that deleting your information while you are enrolled may mean we can no longer give you access to the course.

11. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies of its own. Essential cookies may be set by our hosting provider for security and performance. If you reach this site through a Meta advertisement, Meta may use its own tracking on its platforms, which you can control in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the academy grows. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting enrolled students will also be announced in the student community.
