Terms of Service

Xclator Academy is operated by Xclator AI LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA at 30 N Gould St, Ste 65282, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer, form the entire agreement between us.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not enrol and do not use this website.

You must be at least 18 years old to enrol on your own behalf. If you are between 13 and 18, a parent or legal guardian must enrol for you and accepts these terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly enrol anyone under 13.

You confirm that the name, email address and contact details you give us are accurate and belong to you.

The AI Automation Dollar Blueprint is a 1 month online program. At the time of writing, enrolment includes:

• 20 recorded sessions, with lifetime access through our community platform.
• 4 live online sessions delivered by the instructor.
• 4 live Q&A sessions.
• 1 one-to-one mentorship session.
• Personal support through WhatsApp for the duration of the program.
• Lifetime access to the Xclator Academy Skool community.
• The bonuses described on the course page, including the client hunting system and done-for-you automation templates.

We may improve, reorder or replace individual lessons, change the tools demonstrated, or adjust the live schedule. We will not reduce the overall substance of what you paid for. Lifetime access means for as long as we reasonably continue to operate the community platform; it is not a guarantee that any specific third-party platform will exist forever.

The current fee is PKR 9,999, payable once. No payment is taken through this website. We do not display account details publicly and we do not operate a checkout page.

• You message us on WhatsApp at +92 301 9172774 to start enrolment.
• We send you the bank account details privately on WhatsApp.
• You transfer the fee and send us the payment screenshot or reference.
• We verify the payment and confirm your seat and batch.

Any bank charges, transfer fees or currency conversion costs are yours to bear. A seat is confirmed only once we have verified the funds. We reserve the right to change the fee for future batches at any time; the price you paid for your batch does not change afterwards.

Never send money to any account other than the one we send you directly from the official WhatsApp number above, and never share an OTP, password or card PIN with anyone claiming to represent us.

Seats in each batch are limited. Batch 001 begins on 1 November 2026. Live sessions are usually held in the evening, Pakistan Standard Time; exact timings are announced in the student group after enrolment.

If we have to reschedule a live session, we will announce it in advance and a recording will be made available. If we have to postpone an entire batch, you may choose to join the next batch or request a full refund.

Access is personal to you. You may not share your login, community access, recordings or materials with anyone else, and you may not enrol on behalf of a group intending to share one seat.

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for everything done through your account.

All course content — recordings, live sessions, slides, workflow templates, scripts, documents and the Xclator name and logo — is owned by Xclator AI LLC or used under licence. It is provided to you for your own learning and your own client work.

You may:

• Use what you learn to build automations for your own business.
• Use and adapt the provided templates in paid work you deliver to your own clients.
• Take personal notes and keep them.

You may not:

• Record, download, re-upload, resell or redistribute any course material.
• Share your access or the materials with non-students, publicly or privately.
• Teach, repackage or resell the program or its materials as your own course.
• Use the Xclator name, logo or brand to suggest a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.

Breach of this section ends your access immediately, with no refund, and may lead to legal action.

The Skool community and WhatsApp groups are shared working spaces. We expect you to be respectful and useful. The following will get you removed:

• Harassment, abuse, hate speech or personal attacks.
• Spam, unsolicited promotion of other courses, or recruiting members into unrelated schemes.
• Sharing pirated material, or sharing our material outside the community.
• Impersonating the instructor, the team or another student.
• Asking other members for money, loans or investment.

Removal for a serious breach of conduct does not entitle you to a refund.

The first live class is your demo. If you attend it and decide the program is not for you, tell us before the second live session and we will refund you in full. After the first live class, no refunds are available, because the full material and community access are released at that point. The complete terms are in our Refund Policy.

We teach a skill and show you how we sell it. We do not promise that you will earn any particular amount, find clients within any particular time, or earn anything at all. Your results depend on your effort, consistency, existing experience, communication skills and market conditions. Please read our Disclaimer in full.

The program teaches tools operated by third parties, including n8n, Make.com, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Airtable and HubSpot. We do not control those tools, their pricing, their availability or their terms. Some have free tiers and some require paid subscriptions; any such costs are yours. Where a tool changes or disappears, we will teach the closest equivalent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xclator AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost clients, lost data or business interruption, arising from the program or from automations you build.

Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the program is limited to the amount you actually paid us for it.

You are responsible for the automations you build and deliver to your own clients, including their accuracy, legality and compliance with the rules of the platforms involved.

You may stop using the program at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if your payment is reversed or disputed after a seat is confirmed, or if your conduct harms other students. Where we end your access for cause, no refund is due.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceedings, both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute directly — email contact@xclator.com and we will engage with you properly. Nothing here removes any consumer right you have under the mandatory law of your own country.

We may update these terms. The version in force for you is the one published when you enrolled, except where a change is required by law. The “last updated” date above shows the current version.
